Every ensemble from our label, from our Aafreen at Rs. 39,500 to our heirloom Kanchi Kalamkari at Rs. 1.5 lacs, is made-to-order. We do not hold inventory.
Once you place your order, our artisans in Delhi begin crafting your piece from scratch – sourcing the fabric, cutting to your measurements, and hand-embroidering every detail. This is why an Anika Aggarwal outfit takes time, and why it can never belong to anyone else.
Our Bespoke Timeline:
- Pret & Festive Sets (Under Rs. 75,000): 10-12 working days
- Couture & Bridal (Above Rs. 75,000): 20-25 working days
- Heirloom Weaves (Kanchi, Banarasi, Kalamkari): 30-45 working days
- Timeline is 14-21 days for pret and 4-5 weeks for couture.
- You will receive a video of your finished outfit on WhatsApp before we ship.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
- Because each piece is cut and embroidered exclusively for you after you order, we cannot restock it or resell it. A refund would mean the artisan’s 20-60 days of work goes to waste.
- This is the standard for all bespoke luxury ateliers globally, and we follow the same respect for craft.
- We do not offer refunds, but we offer something better – our commitment that you will love what you receive.
What We Do Offer
- Free Size Alteration: If the fit is not perfect, we will alter it free of cost within 7 days of delivery. Share a photo/video on WhatsApp and our studio team in Preet Vihar will guide you. Delhi NCR clients can visit our studio for alteration.
- 100% Store Credit for Defects:In the rare case of a major manufacturing defect or damage in transit, we offer 100% store credit valid for 1 year. No questions asked.
- Video Preview Before Shipping:For all orders above Rs. 50,000, we will send you a detailed video on WhatsApp showing the embroidery, fall, and finishing before we dispatch. You approve, then we ship.
- Custom Stitching: We stitch to your measurements. After placing the order, share your measurements on WhatsApp at +91 99998 05126 and we will stitch accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund to source.
- After 24 hours, once fabric is cut, cancellation is not possible. We will offer 100% store credit.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping across India, insured.
- International shipping via DHL/FedEx, charged at checkout.
- All shipments are packed in our signature Anika Aggarwal box, with a dust bag and care card.
Care for Your Heirloom
All our pieces are hand-embellished. Dry clean only. Store in muslin, not plastic.
